I hear Dallas has had more than 40 days in a row of 100+ degree temps. Here’s something for the folks who need a cool down: the sound a glacier makes, taken in Homer, Alaska. This is ice from Grewingk Glacier, sweeping up against the rocky shoreline.  

If you dip your toes in this water, It takes only a moment for you to get chilled to the bone. You know you want to.
