For this RBG, this summer was all about the water. Typically I like to keep my feet on dry land, but not this summer. Inexplicably, I craved water. I wanted to be near it, on it, in it.
So, I didn’t fight it.
It started with sailboating in Bayfield, Wis. It ended with fishing off the dock with my niece and nephew in Fifty Lakes, Minn.

This summer, what did you crave? How did you give in to that craving?

I love the water! It looks like you got a lot of it! That yellowstone photo is great. Lake Michigan looks pretty calm there. This summer I really craved the ocean, and I spent two months living on the coast 🙂

Faith, I am so jealous! Sounds amazing. I didn't immediately have access to a photo of my sailing trip on Lake Superior–the lake was like glass. It was so serene, and unexpected. Safe travels, wherever you roll.
