San Francisco. Photo by Charish Badzinski. |
On a recent short trip from here to there, I caught a glimpse of the city of San Francisco from the top of a hill, and uttered words of amazement. I didn’t want to inconvenience others in the vehicle, so I didn’t press to stop. But somehow the driver sensed it was important, turned the truck around, and pulled over so we could all enjoy a beautiful, clear, sunny view of San Francisco.
I am told San Francisco on a clear day is a rare and lovely sight. For your mini-vacay today, you get to join us in the view.
What are your favorite places to take in a panoramic view of a city skyline?
